1. The service

Prodix ("we") provides an automated tool that logs into a web application with credentials you supply, explores it in read-only mode, and produces a report ("the Service").

2. Your responsibilities

• You may only submit credentials for an account you own or are explicitly authorised to use.
• You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of any product you analyse, and with applicable law (including computer-misuse, data-protection and intellectual-property laws).
• You must not use the Service to access accounts without authorisation, to collect other people's personal data, to overload or attack any system, or for any unlawful purpose.
• We recommend using a dedicated trial or test account.

3. How the Service behaves

The agent is designed not to delete, pay, publish, invite or send anything, and to stop before saving data unless you allow it to create test items. Automated software can still behave unexpectedly; you accept that risk, and you should not submit accounts where any change would cause harm.

4. Reports

Reports contain screenshots and descriptions of what the account can see. You are responsible for how you use and share them. Reports are deleted from our servers after 14 days.

5. Payments and refunds

Where payment is required, a run that fails because we cannot log in (for example wrong credentials, CAPTCHA or SSO-only login) is refunded automatically. Other refunds are at our discretion.

6. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the run concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Termination

We may refuse or stop any run, and block any user or target domain, at our discretion, including where we suspect misuse.
